Mostly happy, minor delivery gripe
I purchased a tencel mattress protector and a set of waterproof pillow covers. The quality of the tencel protector is really nice, it feels soft and not crinkly at all, which was a big concern for me with waterproof products. The pillow covers are also effective. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about washing instructions before my order even arrived. My only slight issue was that delivery took 6 days instead of the 3-5 days they quoted.
